Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping Rates:
Orders over $75.00 is FREE! Orders under $75.00 are a $7.00 Flat Fee within the USA for USPS Priority Shipping or FREE Pickup at our Store located at: 330 N. New River Drive, Surf City, NC 28445.
Shipping Timing:
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. We do provide tracking numbers for all shipments. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US postal service.
Returns by Mail:
You are able to return items within 7 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in new and unworn condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Returns in Person:
You are able to return items within 7 days of purchase. If you ordered and item online and would like to return it to the store. You must print out order receipt for us to process the return in store.

DANG! We hate it when we make mistakes, but when we do, we want to fix it as quickly as possible. First, please let us know at julie@shopthebee.com so we can ship the correct item and we will send you a label to return the item without any cost to you.
